CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservation Booking Cancellation before 48 hours will be 100 % refundable. (In case of postponed or cancelled) For No Show, 100% retention will be charged.

RESORT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in & Domestic guest Photo ID proof with residential on it, for all adults who would be staying at the resort.   Please do ensure that you carry this with you.
• Children / Kids ID Proof is mandatory for age proof.
• Check-in time: - 12 P.M & Check-out time is 11.00 A.M
• Early check-in and late-out will be subject to availability of the rooms at additional charges.
• Early check-in before 10 A.M will charge 50% of tariff and before 9 A.M will be charged full day tariff.
• Late check out after 1 P.M will be charged 50% of tariff and after 3 P.M will be charged full day tariff.
• It is mandatory to present a valid government recognized ID proof.
• Alcohol will not be served on the dry days as per government rules.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes applicable will be as per the Government of India regulations. Any increase in Government levies will be extra
• Children below 6 years are complimentary.
• Children above 6 years of age would be considered as adults and an extra adult rate will be applicable.
• Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults with two children below 6 years would be allowed per room.
• Any damage incurred to the furniture and fixture of the resort by the guests during your function/ stay, will be billed to you.
